In the Courses section of Skool, the principal chapters of the book “Foundational Knowledge of Ancient Shamanism with Altaic Roots” are presented as structured lessons in both textual and video formats. These materials are continuously enriched by S.A.M through explanatory visuals and recordings, articulated in both scientific terminology and accessible everyday language.

This instructional design enables learners to engage with shamanic studies at their own pace, within a semi‑private and supportive environment. The program fosters not only individual study but also participation in a collegial community of peers who share similar intellectual and practical goals.

Upon completion of these modules, participants are eligible to undertake formal examinations administered by S.A.M. Successful candidates may qualify for three distinct levels of diplomas, each representing progressive mastery of the subject matter. A designated examination fee applies. Further information regarding the examinations and diploma structure is available through the official S.A.M channels.

This training will be organized in an innovative way, drawing on both the mistakes and successful practices from previously conducted in-person courses.

The course curriculum will begin by selecting core themes from the book “Foundational Knowledge of Ancient Shamanism with Altaic Roots.” The complete curriculum will be emailed to all registered participants one month prior to the course start date.

• Online Preparation: Preparatory lessons will be held on the planned weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), totaling 6 hours. (Conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.)
• In-Person Course: The in-person sessions will take place on the chosen weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), twice daily (morning/afternoon) from 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–18:00, totaling 12 hours of instruction.

Certification

• Upon successfully passing the SAM examination, participants will be awarded a Level 1–3 diploma.

Purpose:   To transmit the foundational knowledge of ancient shamanic traditions rooted in the Altai.

Training:   A combination of theory, practice, and travel.

Main Activities:

• Travel through active energy sites such as Ot, Et, Ad Khuruu, and Am Ug regions
• Develop sensory awareness by distinguishing, smelling, listening, seeing, and feeling Etügen
• Practice ancient Altai meditation
• Consume foods containing rare ancient microbiomes

 The mentor–apprentice path is a deep, long-term relationship. The apprentice is chosen through interview and contract, and the path may last several years or a lifetime depending on readiness and the mentor’s decision. Being in an Iveel Jil (spiritually harmonious year, four years older or younger than the mentor; mentor born in 1978) strengthens the bond.

The apprentice studies shamanic psychology, spiritual experience, methods of guiding spiritual power, and Altai ancestral traditions. They must keep discipline, patience, and humility, follow the mentor’s guidance, and join all rituals. Breach of contract or failure to fulfill duties ends the program.

The apprentice must be mentally and physically healthy, respect traditional shamanism, avoid outside events without mentor’s approval, abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and intoxicants, provide truthful information with clear lineage, and not be involved in extreme religious or political movements. They must also earn a living outside of shamanism.
